Fitness has always been a passion of mine from a young age. Having been involved in many sports during childhood, I always knew my career would be something fitness-related.
I have been qualified as a Personal Trainer since 2014 and I've successfully helped many clients achieve their health and fitness goals. My specialty is improving one's body composition, utilizing weight training and nutrition to burn fat and build muscle.
